Laura England is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the college of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. With over 15 years of experience, Laura helps clients work through a wide ranges of issues using a compassionate trauma informed lens. 

She holds certifications in Internal Family Systems (level 1) and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy from The Integrative Psychiatry Institute in Boulder Colorado.

Carolyn is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and holds undergraduate degrees in Music and Psychology, and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. With a background working in private practice and university mental health settings, Carolyn is experienced in providing individual psychotherapy to a diverse clientele of adults in various stages of life.

In her work, Carolyn is passionate about creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship based on empathy, non-judgment, and acceptance. She believes that it is through this safe foundation that meaningful change can occur. Through a compassionate and curious lens, she is dedicated to helping her clients explore their inner worlds, uncover the deeper layers to their struggles, and discover their own innate wisdom as a catalyst for change.

Carolyn strives to provide effective care to clients for concerns related to anxiety and depression; relationship, self-esteem and identity issues; as well as life-transitions, grief, and stress and burnout. Her approach is holistic, person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. Tailoring her approach to the needs of her clients, she integrates knowledge from therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Positive Psychology.

Meagan is a psychotherapist passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care. She takes a client-centered, culturally responsive approach, creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and supported.

Meagan works with individuals facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Her approach is eclectic, drawing from various therapeutic frameworks including CBT, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed modalities to tailor support to each client’s unique needs.

Above all, Meagan believes in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship. Through collaboration, she helps clients explore their experiences, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change.
